Terms of Use

AURA CHEER provides custom cheerleading music mix production services. We are not a music streaming, licensing, or distribution platform - we produce bespoke audio mixes based on your order specifications.

Orders are placed via our order form. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Production begins once we have all required information (song requests or voiceover preferences, 8-count sheet, and any other details needed to start) and 50% of payment has been received to reserve your date.

To guarantee your requested delivery date, your info sheet, 8-count sheet, and any routine video must be received at least 2 weeks prior to that date. Materials submitted later may result in a delayed delivery.

Standard turnaround is 5-10 business days from the date we have all necessary information from you and 50% of payment has been received to reserve your date. Turnaround time may vary based on current order volume; we'll communicate any expected delays.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

Additional revision rounds beyond those included with your tier are $50 per round.

The cost of licensing your selected songs is already built into your package price. Additional songs beyond your tier's included number cost $20 each, regardless of mix type. Customers are responsible for providing accurate song titles/artists for their requests. AURA CHEER is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete song information.

We accept 8-count sheets in any format. Submitting a countsheet that is not on the official AURA CHEER countsheet template incurs an additional $50 formatting fee.

Upon completion of your order form, an invoice will be issued. We offer two payment options:

Option 1 - Paid in Full (Preferred)

Clients who pay their invoice in full upfront receive priority processing and immediate production scheduling.

Option 2 - Standard Split (50/50)

• Deposit - 50% of total invoice, due to secure your delivery date and begin production.
• Final Payment - remaining 50%, due prior to release of all completed mixes and licensing.

Teams ordering 3 or more mixes in a single order receive $20 off each mix.

A refund is only possible if your order date is reserved and paid under the 50% deposit (Option 2). In that case, the deposit may be refunded if you cancel before production begins.

Once full payment has been received and production has started, no refund is available, regardless of payment option chosen.

Each completed mix is licensed for use during the cheer season/competition year in which it is delivered - a License Term of one (1) year from the delivery date. Continued use of the mix in a subsequent season requires relicensing, available for $100 per mix.

The mix delivered to you is licensed, not sold. AURA CHEER retains all ownership and copyright in the produced mix, including all sounds, voiceovers, and edits contained in it. Upon full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the mix for their team's performances, practices, and competitions during the License Term described above.

The customer may reproduce a reasonable number of copies of the mix solely for distribution to their own team's athletes, coaches, and staff. The mix may not be altered, remixed, or modified without AURA CHEER's prior written consent. AURA CHEER retains the right to use excerpts of the mix for portfolio/promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Mixes are licensed for use by the purchasing team/program only. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or public commercial exploitation of the mix to other teams or third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from AURA CHEER.

AURA CHEER's total liability for any claim arising from an order, however arising, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. AURA CHEER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of anticipated results, arising from or connected to an order.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold AURA CHEER harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's misuse of a delivered mix, breach of these Terms, or the customer's own activities in connection with the mix.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
